High Mount

You are mounted high with your knees in or above their armpits, so their elbows can no longer reach their own hips. Keep your weight forward over their chest and your hands off the mat, because your base is shorter here than in a low mount. This is an attacking position rather than a resting one — take the arm or the neck while they cannot get their elbows back down.
