Standard Mount - Bottom

Non-Dominant

Standard Mount

They are mounted on you and time is against you, so escape early rather than comfortably. Keep your elbows in tight to your own ribs so they cannot climb higher, protect your neck, and never let both arms end up above their knee line. Bridge to make space and bring a knee in, or bridge and roll when they post — but move before they settle, not after.

Defense

Defend against submissions and attacks from your partner.
